I am currently a senior at Kettering University. I was born in Karnataka, India, and eventually moved to the Middle East and then to the United States.

 

Kettering operates a bit differently than other colleges. Students study for three months, then work for three months and then go back to study. This cycle occurs all the way to graduation. This has allowed me to gain real-world full-time experience as a Data Analyst at General Motors. In my 3.5 years of experience, I have learned valuable skills, both technical and non-technical.  I have also had the time to pursue a few personal projects (you can see those here), focusing mostly on learning the data engineering tools on AWS.

Outside of work and school, I love to read and write (you can see my current writing project here). I enjoy helping out wherever I can, as I am currently a robotics mentor for FRC (First Robotics Competition) team 818 and the volunteer coordinator for my fraternity.
